Relive your favorite summer memories with these delicious homemade copycat Sundance s’mores bars. No campfire required!
Summer 2010, right after my study abroad to Spain, I had one of my favorite jobs, working in the deli at Sundance Resort. The gorgeous venue, delicious food, great coworkers, and happy patrons. One of the perks was free reign of the deli food. Sandwiches, salad fixings, smoothies, ice cream, and their beyond delicious bakery goods. Awww man, now I’ve really got myself hungry! Anyways, one of my fave Sundance treats was their s’mores bar. It was the perfect combo of crunchy, chewy, ooey, and gooey but not messy like campfire s’mores are. I’m not going to take credit for this fantastic copycat version, after trying this delectable treat, my mom experimented and came up with this favorite recipe. Thanks mom!

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 7 oz giant Hershey bar, cut into chunks
